This policy explains how Arizona Expedited Inspections LLC (“we”) handles information in connection with this website. It covers the website only. What happens during an inspection, and what appears in an inspection report, is governed by the written agreement you sign before the inspection.

What this website collects

It links to our online scheduling service. You may also reach us by phone or email. You decide what information to provide when using any of these options.

Like almost every website, the hosting service records ordinary technical information each time a page is requested — the page requested, the date and time, the browser and device type, the referring page, and the network address the request came from. These records exist to keep the site online, secure, and working correctly.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

This website uses the hosting platform’s built-in visitor statistics — pages viewed, the site a visitor came from, device type and country, counted in aggregate — to understand how the site is used. These statistics are not used for advertising.

This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no session recording, and hosts no chat widget. If any of those are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live and a cookie preferences control will be added to the site.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites or use advertising cookies, it does not change its behavior in response to that signal.

What we do with information you send us

If you call or email us, we use your name, phone number, email address, and the property details you give us to answer your question, schedule an inspection, and deliver your report. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information with the service providers we depend on to operate — for example our website host, email provider, and inspection reporting software — and with anyone you specifically ask us to include, such as your real estate agent. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Website server records are kept for a short period by our host as part of ordinary operations. Inspection records and the communications tied to them are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet Arizona record-keeping and insurance obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still ask.

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it. Because this site does not sell or share personal information, the signal changes nothing about how the site behaves.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging a home inspection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
