This website is not an inspection agreement

Everything here is general information about our services and about maintaining a home in this climate. It is not an inspection, not an inspection report, and not professional advice about any particular property. Nothing on this site creates an agreement to perform an inspection.

Inspection services are governed by a separate written pre-inspection agreement that sets out the scope, the fee, what is and is not included, and the terms that apply to the inspection and the report. You will receive and sign that agreement before an inspection takes place. Those terms are deliberately not reproduced here — call 928-255-5970 and we will walk you through the agreement before you commit to anything.

Maintenance information

The maintenance guide on this site is a general starting point. Homes differ in age, construction, equipment, and condition, and some tasks involve working with electricity, gas, heights, or water. Use your judgment, follow your equipment manufacturer’s instructions, and hire a licensed professional when a task is beyond what you can do safely.
